Ithaca Youth Hockey Registration
2007-2008 Season
The 2007 - 2008 season is just about here! Registration day is September 16th from 11 AM to 2 PM at Cass Park. If you don't want to drive to Cass you can mail in your registration forms to the address listed at the top of this page. Be sure to read the important registration information below. Click on the following links for important registration information.
There are two parts to registration for participants (players and coaches):
Part 1 - USA Hockey Registration
Register your player or yourself (for coaches or players over 18 years old) online at the USA Hockey site: www.usahockey.com. The cost is $33 payable by credit card. Please print out the receipt you receive with your confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation with the same number. Please send this in with your registration forms.
As part of the registration process you will be asked to electronically agree to the USA Hockey waiver of liability. You will not have to fill out that form again with your IYHA paperwork.
Part 2 - IYHA Forms
Fill in the IYHA Registration form, USA Hockey Consent to Treat and Code of Conduct forms. These are located in the forms section of the site. You can either mail in the forms to the address located at the top of this page or bring them to Cass Park on September 16th between 11 AM and 2 PM.
