USA Hockey Registration IYHA requires all
players and Coaches to register with USA hockey PRIOR to IYHA
Registration. Among other things, USA Hockey registration provides
insurance which is a requirement for all players to compete in IYHA and USA
Hockey sanctioned events. Folks
don’t wait for September, do it now, online!. Here’s how… USA Hockey registration cost is $33, free
for the younger players! Go to https://www.usahockeyregistration.com/,
select “Ice Players And Coaches”. Once you have filled out the
information and paid, you will receive via email a form like the sample
printed below. SAVE THIS FORM and submit at the IYHA
Registration! You will need to have this present when registering with
IYHA, otherwise your player can not be officially added to a team. Print and fill out the following forms
