IYHA Game Reports 2004 - 2005

At the Auburn Ice Hawks' Martin Luther King Tournament on Jan. 16, the Ithaca Youth Hockey Association's Squirt House team took third place with a 0-1-2 record. In a 4-4 tie against Auburn, goals were scored by Jaedon Henderson, Dan Urda and Anthony Mekos. Connor Cramton had 21 saves. Henderson and Urda also scored in Ithaca's 3-3 tie against Perinton. The Casey Park Hockey team handed Ithaca a 13-0 loss. Cramton had 34 saves in the game.

The Ithaca Mite travel team fell to Midstate Selects, 3-2, on Jan. 15. Corey McVannan and Brandon Shirley each scored one goal. Goalie Brandon Kasel had 20 saves.

On Jan. 16 the Mites defeated Binghamton 6-1. Jacob Grippin scored a hat trick. Andrew Wheeler, McVannan and Evan Jordan also scored. Kasel had 18 saves.

Eight different Ithaca Pee Wee Snowbelt players scored in their 9-1 win over Corning, Jan. 15. The scorers were: Brendan Cary, Johnny Bangs, Max Elberty, James Reamer, Pete Radice, Zach Bouchard, Luke Saul and Willis Doerr. Pee Wee Snowbelt goalie Josh Lutzy made 11 saves.
